Although the project is massive, it takes up a very long time and lots of complicated planning and calculations. Still, to provide visitors not only with a visually pleasing environment but also a comfortable one that’s worth visiting, Eco Starland Group doesn’t mind spending more resources in this project to ensure everything is as good as they envisioned it, if not better.
Since it’s to set up the headquarters in EcoFarm, therefore it is crucial to consider the regional layout: how to carry out this project without affecting the planting and growth of durian trees. To this end, the group has spent months planning, discussing and research. On the other hand, to allow the headquarters to be integrated into nature and be environmentally friendly, the design will allow as much natural light in as possible, allowing visitors to stand in the office and look down on the majestic durian farm.
Of course, there are many factors to consider when setting up a headquarters, therefore creating a lot of uncertainties. However, one thing is sure, and that’s the fact that EcoFarm will usher in more visitors and crowds, and satisfy the massive crowd, we will need a more comfortable space for negotiation and implementation of various activities. 易盛园的总部平台已经搭建完成，未来这里将会设置一个标志性的建筑，来欢迎到访的朋友。虽然设立总部的工程浩大、花费时间长、计算多而繁琐，但是为了要提供访客一个不只是视觉上的享受，而是值得参访并且舒适的环境，易盛集团不惜砸重金着手规划执行，工程更不可以马虎。
毕竟是要在易盛园中设立总部，所以最需要缜密考量的就是区域布局。要如何在不影响榴梿树的种植与生长的前提下去执行这个项目，为此，集团内部已经花费数月的时间不断计划、讨论和研究。另一方面，为了使总部可以融入大自然，对环境友好，设计上将尽可能引入大量的自然光，让访客站立总部即可俯视壮阔的榴梿园。
